Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
In order to enhance your shopping experience at Esthara Jewels, we have updated our lifetime exchange and buyback policies. Please keep reading to know how it benefits you:
•We offer a guaranteed buyback program. When you return your Esthara jewellery, the buyback value will be calculated at a flat rate of 1/3 of your original invoice value.
•The final valuation might be subject to change as per the quality check, completed only after the product is received and tested by Esthara Jewels.
•The buyback amount will be transferred to the customer’s Esthara Wallet or issued as a discount voucher within 10 working days after the quality check and valuation. This amount can be redeemed on your next purchase.
•Shipping charges will be borne by Esthara for all jewellery under this policy.
•Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by any jeweller other than Estharajewels.com) or mishandling leading to a reduction in metal weight or stone weight as mentioned in the invoice shall be reduced from the final weight of metal and stones in valuation.
•This feature is not available for international orders (shipped abroad from India).
